Seane Corn is a passionate and highly magnetic instructor whose intense spirituality infuses her practice. This unscripted tutorial--the second in a series of five--projects her strong energy in a combination of dynamic postures and fluid movements suffused with prayer, intention, and visualization. Her practice is designed for those students who are desirous of a yoga practice that is not limited to the physical, as she imbues her fluid form of Vinyasa flow with creativity and a dance-like spontaneity.
