cool down. Mix and match, and enjoy the variety! I adore this video!!! Janis Saffell shows her usual extraordinary cueing, and creative steps. I've been doing step and floor aerobics since age eleven, but I had never seen such cool aerobic moves! This is a great video for intermediate to advanced levels because the choreography is a little complex. But give it a couple of tries, and you'll have it down pat! Awesome video! Highly recommended!
