YOGA FOR MENOPAUSE demonstrates breathing techniques to control hot flashes and calm mood swings, and exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles (controlling urinary incontinence) and improve flexibility. The program includes two separate audio tracks, one with very detailed explanations to help beginners, and the other much quieter, to allow maximum relaxation once the viewer has mastered the techniques.
