With this instructional program, couples are invited to deepen their trust through yoga. Building upon principles of hatha yoga, Thai Massage, Breema, and shiatsu, TOGETHER - THE ART OF PARTNERED YOGA offers a thorough introduction to Balance Arts, a version of vinyasa-style yoga designed to be done in pairs. Practicing yoga as a couple not only improves each person`s physical well-being, it also facilitates communication and togetherness. The aim of this program is not so much to encourage perfect poses, but rather to lead couples towards a fuller union. The program includes 122 postures spread across four separate vinyasas:
Opening to Life,
Chasing the Sun,
Freeing the River,
and
Deeper Down.
By learning to depend on one another`s bodies, partners may experience what it really means to move as one.
