Cycle Challenge With Robert Sherman (DVD)

Instructor Robert Sherman leads the viewer through a pair of exercises in ROBERT SHERMAN'S CYCLE CHALLENGE. The first workout involves a stationary bicycle and uses an alternating fast and slow cycling method that focuses on perfecting a particular muscle toning technique. The second exercise involves a slower toning workout that eventually gets more intense, and requires a stability ball for successful execution.
