Janis Saffell Tai Chi Balanced Workout (DVD)

Instructors Janis Saffell and Scott Cole present two complimentary fitness routines in TAI CHI BALANCED WORKOUT. Part of the workout uses energetic kickboxing as a cardio/aerobic routine to burn fat and calories and tone muscle. The other part takes techniques from tai chi to build endurance and increase muscle flexibility. Using both routines in conjunction with each other provides a more complete workout that exerts the muscles in multiple ways.
